Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience — we want every piece to be perfectly inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days from dispatch
• Express Shipping (₹149): 2–3 business days from dispatch
• All domestic shipments include real-time tracking via email and SMS
• A signature may be required upon delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors. Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
• All international orders are shipped via reputable carriers with tracking
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
• An SMS notification with a direct tracking link
• Real-time updates at every stage of transit

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

• Lost package: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, contact us within 48 hours
• Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately
• Incorrect address: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages
• Failed delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us
